How often do you service?
Dr. Doo provides weekly service to our clients. The service
day may vary depending on your location.
How is service started?
Call 430-5338 to arrange service
or submit
the online order form. We'll take
the you give us information about your dog, yard and
set up a
service day for you.
Do I have to be home when you service?
No. If you are not home, we will introduce ourselves to
your dogs. If you are home, we'll be happy to talk with you about your dog
and cover any special concerns you may have.
Does the dog need to be inside when you come to clean the yard?
Not necessarily. The information you give us about your
dogs during sign-up will let us know what is required to service your
yard.
Where do you put the waste?
We double-bag it, tie it securely and place it in your
garbage can.
Is there an extra charge for the first visit?
Yes. All new clients are required to pay an initial account
setup fee. We'll add information you give us about your dogs plus
requirements and considerations to our customer database. You will then
be set up for billing and added our route schedule to be serviced
regularly.
There may also be additional charges for the first time visit if there are
large accumulations of dog waste.
