Call us, we can answer any other questions you might have. You pre-pay for each month and our billing is monthly. There are no contracts. Next, we will schedule a time to meet you and your dog(s) to arrange access to your property. There is an informational sheet you fill out and payment will be due for the initial cleanup/monthly prorating, if applicable.
We pre-bill for each months service. On your service day that is nearest to the 20th of each month, we will leave a statement at your door. It lists services you will receive and the amount due.

Yes. Since our employees are not to climb or jump over fences, please have your gate unlocked on your service day. Or you may tell us with the lock combination so we can access the yard.
You will not be charged for service if you call 430-5338 twenty-four hours in advance. We are happy to credit your account on next month’s statement.
In unfenced areas we cannot determine how many dogs are using the area, so we don’t generally service these yards weekly. Call us, it will be determined case by case basis.
We work in most weather but road conditions after freezing rain or snow may make it unsafe for us to drive.
As little as 1 inch of snowfall can impair our ability to locate waste in many yards. If we cannot get to your yard because of weather, we will then service your yard when we can drive and walk to your gate safely.
When It Thaws: Please bear with us... we will be out to your house ASAP working to get caught up before the next snowfall. Keep in mind that our progress is slowed because there is more waste and it is much, much wetter and heavier than usual. We do the best we can during the winter and work much harder than any other time of the year. If you have further questions please contact Laurie at (509) 430-5338.
No. If you are not home, we will introduce ourselves to your dogs and service your yard. If you are home, we'll be happy to talk with you about your dog and cover any special concerns you may have.
In most cases yes, we really love dogs. However, there are some cases when a dog will not let our Scoop Tech into a yard. If you know that your dog is not good with strangers, or it becomes apparent that your dog will not allow us to clean the yard then we ask that you restrain or confine the dog.
We don't take any unnecessary risks with your dog/s or our Scoop Tech’s.
Well, a small dog's waste is a lot harder to find than those of a bigger dog, so no, sorry.
We double-bag it, tie it securely and place it in your garbage can.
If we see any changes in your pet's waste, we'll notify you. Worms, blood, diarrhea and foreign objects can be signs of serious health problems.
We care about your dog's health, so to prevent the spread of any disease, we disinfect all our scooping tools and shoes after every stop.
We will also collect fecal samples and deliver them to your vet by special arrangement. Call Dr. Doo for details.
Occasionally dog waste can be missed. If that happens we will return and collect any you spot within 24 hours - that is our 100% Guarantee of Satisfaction.
