Monthly Billing - We will deliver a bill for your next month’s service to your door on your service day that is nearest to the 20th of each month. This statement lists the services you will receive and the amount due.

Pay with a Check or PayPal - Mailing in your check: We must receive payment in our P.O. Box by the due date or a $5.00 late fee of will be charged. Payment is always due on your 1st service day of each month. We cannot accept your payment in person at your residence. All returned checks will be assessed a $20.00 returned check fee.

Paying with PayPal: Click the "Make a Payment" bone at the bottom of any page. Because of privacy concerns, we don’t keep your account information here. So please know your monthly rate or have our hand delivered invoice to refer to.

What if I don’t get a statement? If you don’t receive your statement by the 30th please contact us immediately. We are happy to mail you a new statement. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected invoices.

What if I need to cancel an upcoming cleaning? If you need to skip a future cleaning and can give us at least 24 hours notice we will be happy to credit your next month's bill.

What if I need to cancel your service? You can cancel your service at any time for any reason.

What other services do we offer? We will also collect fecal samples and deliver them to your vet by special arrangement. Call Dr. Doo for details.
